Our 20-acre headquarters in Hempstead, Texas, serves as the heart of our operations, while our satellite location in Houston extends our reach. With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, we combine proven craftsmanship with innovative design to deliver exceptional results.

We set out to be unique—to lead our niche—by creating and constructing exceptional living and working spaces from shipping containers and mobile trailers. Our goal is to offer spaces that are functional, stylish, and built to last, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in modular design.

Our headquarters sits on a 20-acre site, purpose-built to maximize the flow and efficiency of container construction. The facility includes fabrication and CNC shops, model samples for inspiration, and even a 2-acre pond with a get-away experience that reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and lifestyle integration.
